Shadow Resistance Gear & Consumables Prep
Entering Black Temple requires serious Shadow Resistance (SR) preparation for two specific encounters:
🛡️ 1. Mother Shahraz Raid Check (250-300 SR)
Mother Shahraz deals heavy raid-wide Shadow damage. Every member of your raid (except tanks) needs approximately 250-300 Shadow Resistance. SR armor is crafted by Leatherworking, Tailoring, and Blacksmithing using Heart of Darkness and Shadow Cloth unlocked at Friendly/Honored reputation with Ashtongue Deathsworn.
🔥 2. Warlock Illidan Demon Phase Tanking
During Phase 2/4 of Illidan Stormrage, a Warlock tank must pull Illidan's Demon Form. Warlock tanks require a dedicated 365 Shadow Resistance set combined with Fel Armor to absorb Shadow Bolts without dying.
Netherwing Drakes & Reputation Hub
