Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a full or partial refund, how penalties on your account are handled, how to ask for a refund, and how long it takes.

Please note: risk of boosting

World of Warcraft boosting and account-sharing services may violate Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service and carry inherent account risks. We follow safety practices to reduce risk, but the service is used at your own discretion and risk. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist if any account concern arises.

1. How we review requests

Every request is reviewed individually, using the order record, the progress made, the messages with our support team, any screenshots or live stream recordings, the rules in this policy, payment provider rules and the law that applies to you. This policy works together with our Terms of Service.

2. Refund situations at a glance

Situation Outcome
You cancel before a booster has started your order Full refund
We cannot start or complete your order (for example the realm or service becomes unavailable) Full refund if nothing was delivered, or a refund for the part not completed
You cancel or pause for good while the order is in progress Partial refund for the part not yet completed
We fail to deliver the service you ordered, or deliver it late or only in part Full refund, or a refund for the part not delivered
A booster uses prohibited programs or breaks our commitments, and your account is penalized Full refund of the order
Blizzard takes action while the order is in progress and our commitments were followed Refund for the part not completed. Work already completed is not refunded.
The order was completed as described No refund

3. Full refunds

You can receive a full refund if:

  • you cancel before a booster has started working on your order;
  • we are unable to start your order, or nothing has been delivered and we cannot deliver it;
  • we do not deliver the service you ordered; or
  • a penalty or loss on your account is caused by our breach of the commitments in Section 7 of our Terms of Service, such as using bots, exploits or unauthorized software, changing your account details without your consent, or using your account or resources beyond what the order requires.

4. Partial refunds

If an order is cancelled or cannot be finished while it is in progress, you receive a refund for the part that has not been completed. The completed part is calculated from the order record, for example the levels already gained or the runs already completed, at the price of the order. Gold, items and loot earned during the work stay with your character.

5. Penalties on your game account

Boosting and account sharing carry inherent risk under Blizzard's rules, and we cannot reverse or influence Blizzard's decisions. This is how we handle it:

  • If Blizzard takes action because we broke our commitments, you get a full refund (see Section 3).
  • If Blizzard takes action while your order is in progress and our commitments were followed, we stop the order and refund the part not completed (see Section 4).
  • If Blizzard takes action after your order was completed, completed work is not refunded, because the risk is explained before you order and accepted when you place the order.

In every case, contact our 24/7 support as soon as you notice a problem. We will review the order record with you and help with the information you need for your own contact with Blizzard support.

6. Services that depend on chance

Some services depend on random game mechanics, such as item drops, mounts, loot, raid or dungeon outcomes, or market availability. For these services, not getting a specific item or result does not by itself entitle you to a full refund, unless the service page expressly promised that specific result.

When we review a request for such a service, we consider the progress actually made, including the time spent, the runs or attempts completed, the resources used and the evidence in the order record. Depending on the case, the outcome can be a full refund, a partial refund reduced to reflect the work already done, a bonus credit, or a refusal with the reasons explained.

7. When refunds are not possible

  • The order was completed as described.
  • You placed the order by mistake or changed your mind after the work was delivered.
  • A penalty or loss results from your own actions, such as using bots, cheats or prohibited software, toxic behavior, or breaking Blizzard's rules outside our service.
  • You logged into the account during the order without arranging it with us, or shared your login details with someone else.
  • The refund request is based on price changes after your purchase.
  • The request is based only on not receiving a specific random result from a service that depends on chance, and no such result was promised.
  • The result is affected by changes made by Blizzard to the game that are outside our control, and the service was otherwise delivered as ordered.
  • A chargeback was opened without contacting our support first.

8. How to request a refund

  • Open the support chat on the website, or use our Contact page.
  • Give us your order number and a short description of the problem.
  • Ask as soon as you notice an issue. Early requests are easier to review and can often be fixed faster than a refund.

We review the request and tell you the outcome through support. If we need more information, we will ask for it.

9. Dispute review

If you and our support team cannot agree on the outcome, you can ask for a dispute review. Our dispute team looks at the evidence from both sides and decides, usually within 7 to 14 business days. This is an estimate and may be longer for complex cases. The decision is one of the following:

  • a full refund;
  • a partial refund; or
  • a refusal of the refund, with the reasons explained.

Repeated unfounded disputes may lead us to limit or suspend an account. A dispute review does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.

10. Refund methods and timing

  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay): refunded to the original card through our payment provider. After we approve a refund, it can take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Cryptocurrency payments: refunded in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address you give us. Network fees may be deducted. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so please check the address carefully.
  • We do not charge a fee for processing an approved refund.
  • At your request, an approved refund can instead be kept as credit for a future order.

11. Price changes after purchase

Prices can change over time. If the price of a service drops after your purchase, we do not refund the difference. We may sometimes offer a goodwill gesture, such as priority support, at our discretion.

12. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We can often solve the problem faster directly. If a chargeback is opened without contacting us first, we may suspend the related account while it is reviewed and we will provide the order record to the payment provider.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its date, and it applies to orders placed after the change. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
