Terms of Service

Please read these terms before placing an order with Coach Carry. They explain what we do, what we ask of you, how orders, disputes and refunds work, and how risk and responsibility are shared.

Please note: risk of boosting

World of Warcraft boosting and account-sharing services may violate Blizzard Entertainment's Terms of Service and carry inherent account risks. We follow safety practices to reduce risk, but the service is used at your own discretion and risk. Our support team is available 24/7 to assist if any account concern arises.

1. About Coach Carry and these Terms

Coach Carry ("Coach Carry", "we", "us") runs the website coachcarry.com, where customers can order World of Warcraft services such as character leveling, dungeon and raid runs and related in-game services. Orders are carried out by boosters who work for us, either as employees or as independent contractors. When you place an order, you buy the service from Coach Carry, and we are responsible to you for it under these Terms, whichever booster carries it out.

By creating an account, placing an order or using the website, you agree to these Terms together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Coach Carry is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and related names are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment.

2. Definitions

  • Service: a paid in-game service listed on the website, such as leveling or a dungeon or raid run.
  • Order: your request to buy a Service, with the options you selected, confirmed by payment.
  • Booster: a player who carries out an Order for us, as an employee or as an independent contractor.
  • Game account: your World of Warcraft account and characters.
  • Piloted order: an Order in which a Booster logs into your Game account and plays it for you.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an Order.
  • You must own the Game account you want us to work on, or have the owner's permission to use it for this purpose.
  • You must give accurate and current information when you register and order, and keep your Coach Carry login details private.
  • You are responsible for activity on your Coach Carry account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • Please do not create several accounts to abuse promotions or to avoid a suspension.

4. Services and orders

  • Each service page describes what is included, the options available (for example region, faction, speed tier and add-ons such as a private live stream) and the price.
  • An Order moves through these stages: Placed (payment confirmed), In progress (a Booster is working on it), Delivered (the work is finished) and Completed.
  • Start time: Orders typically start within 15 minutes after payment is confirmed. Pre-orders for upcoming game releases start when the relevant game servers launch, not at the time of payment.
  • Completion time: the estimate shown on the service page and at checkout is an estimate, not a fixed deadline. It depends on factors such as class, server queues, the speed option you choose and game availability.
  • We keep you updated through the contact methods you provide (such as email or Discord) and through our support chat.
  • We may assign, replace or reassign Boosters during an Order where needed to complete it.

5. Order completion

When your Order is delivered, we notify you so you can check the result. You can confirm the Order, or tell us about any problem through support. If you do not confirm or raise a problem within 72 hours after delivery, the Order is marked as Completed.

If you report a problem within that period, the Order stays open while we review it under Section 11.

6. Risk of boosting

Boosting and account sharing may break Blizzard's rules. Blizzard may take action against accounts it believes are in breach, including warnings, suspensions or permanent account closure. We cannot control Blizzard's decisions, and no provider can promise zero risk or complete immunity from penalties.

We follow practices designed to reduce risk: Orders are played manually by real people, Boosters do not use bots, scripts or third-party automation, and Boosters use a VPN.

By placing an Order you confirm that you understand this risk and accept it. If you do not accept it, please do not place an Order. How penalties are handled for refund purposes is explained in our Refund Policy.

7. What we commit to

These rules apply to every Booster working on your Order, whether employee or contractor:

  • The account is played manually. No bots, cheats, exploits or unauthorized software are used.
  • Boosters use a VPN while working on your account.
  • Your account is accessed only as needed to complete your Order.
  • Your account email, password, recovery details and security settings are not changed without your agreement.
  • Loot, items and gold earned during the Order stay with your character, except for gold spent on purchases needed for the Service, such as riding training and the mount.
  • Your items and gold are not sold, traded or transferred to anyone else.
  • Our support team is available 24/7.

8. What we ask of you

  • Give us accurate information: region, faction, realm, character name and the login details needed for the Order.
  • Keep an active World of Warcraft subscription or game time that covers the whole Order.
  • Do not log into the Game account while the Order is in progress unless you have arranged it with us. If you want to play, contact support and we will pause the Order.
  • Do not change the account password or security settings during the Order without telling us.
  • Riding training and mount costs are paid from your character's in-game gold.
  • Respond promptly if we need to verify access, for example with an authenticator or email confirmation code.
  • Keep all communication and payment on Coach Carry. Please do not arrange Orders, payments or changes directly with a Booster outside the website.

9. Pausing, changing or cancelling an order

You can ask us to pause, change or cancel an Order at any time through our 24/7 support. Changing the level range or options may change the price. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed.
  • You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay), which is processed by Stripe, or by cryptocurrency (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, SOL and LTC and the other coins offered at checkout), which is processed by a third-party crypto payment provider.
  • Your Order is confirmed once the payment is confirmed. For crypto payments, this means the required network confirmations. You must send the full amount shown, and any network fees are paid by you. Underpaid or late payments may delay or cancel the Order.
  • Where taxes apply by law, they are shown or added at checkout.
  • Promotions, discount codes and cashback offers, where available, are subject to the conditions shown with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn.

11. Complaints and disputes

  • Step 1: contact support. If something is wrong with your Order, tell our 24/7 support in the chat or through the Contact page, with your Order number. Most problems are solved here.
  • Step 2: dispute review. If the issue is not solved, you can ask for a dispute review. Our dispute team looks at the evidence from both sides, such as the Order record, chat messages, screenshots and any live stream recording.
  • Timing. We aim to give you a decision within 7 to 14 business days. This is an estimate and may be longer for complex cases.
  • Outcomes. A full refund, a partial refund, or a refusal with the reasons explained to you.
  • Repeated unfounded disputes may lead us to limit or suspend an account.

This process does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.

12. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is opened without contacting us first, we may suspend the related account while it is reviewed and we will provide the Order record to the payment provider.

13. Account security after your order

When your Order is complete, we stop accessing your Game account. We recommend that you change your password and review your security settings. Keep your login details private and only share them through the secure steps of your Order. We will only contact you through our website, support chat and the contact details you gave us.

14. Acceptable use

Please do not use the website or our services to:

  • commit fraud or use stolen payment methods;
  • open a chargeback you know is unjustified;
  • abuse, threaten or harass our staff or Boosters;
  • order for an account you do not own or are not allowed to use;
  • resell our services or copy our content without permission;
  • disrupt, attack or try to get unauthorized access to the website.

15. Limits on our responsibility

We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for actions taken by Blizzard or other third parties against your account, except where the action results from our breach of Section 7. In that case our Refund Policy applies.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities or lost in-game progress that was not part of your Order.
  • Our total liability for any Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.
  • You are responsible for losses we suffer because you gave false information, ordered for an account you do not own, or broke these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

Events outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as game server downtime, maintenance, login queues, disconnections, game patches, changes made by Blizzard, power or internet failures, outages at payment providers, natural disasters, war, strikes or government action. If that happens, we will let you know, take reasonable steps to limit the impact, and continue as soon as possible.

16. Intellectual property

The website's content, design, logo and text belong to Coach Carry or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Game content, names and trademarks belong to Blizzard Entertainment and their respective owners. These Terms do not give you any rights to them.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account, refuse service or cancel an Order if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. If we cancel an Order for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the part not completed under our Refund Policy. You can stop using the website at any time and ask us to close your account.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new date and applies to Orders placed after the change. If a change is significant, we will show a notice on the website. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

19. General terms

  • Entire agreement: these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Coach Carry about the website and your Orders.
  • Severability: if part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
  • No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up.
  • Assignment: we may transfer our rights and duties to another company if it does not reduce your rights. You may not transfer yours without our agreement.
  • Language: these Terms and our official notices are in English.
  • Notices: we may send you notices by email, through your account, through the support chat or on the website.
  • Survival: sections that are meant to continue after the end of your use, such as liability, intellectual property and disputes, remain in force.

20. Governing law

If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coach Carry is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

21. Contact
